Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) 在2019 年1月30号就上线7年了, 很多在2012年1月30号注册的security interest 过了7年之期不Renew，就只有重新注册啦，如果重新注册，这个之前注册抢到的优先权就会被其他注册的security interest 而取代，分钱的时候只能往后排了。

例子：

1. ANZ在2012年1月30号借给ABC Pty Ltd 的10万澳币，注册了对公司所有的现有和将来买的资产的抵押All Present and After Acquired property （ All Pap no exceptions PPSR）
2. CBA 在2015年1月30号借给ABC Pty Ltd 的10万澳币，也注册了对公司所有的现有和将来买的资产的抵押All Present and After Acquired property （ All Pap no exceptions PPSR）

正常的分配顺序：

公司变卖财产15万澳币，ANZ先拿10万澳币，CBA只能拿5万澳币，因为ANZ 比 CBA注册的早

ANZ在2019年1月30号忘记了renew 2012年注册的PPSR：

2019年1月30号， ANZ 忘记renew 它的注册，想起来了，重新在2019 年2月1号注册。

新的分配顺序：

公司变卖财产15万澳币，CBA先拿10万澳币，ANZ只能拿5万澳币。因为现在CBA 比ANZ重新注册的security interest 早了，可以先分钱。
